Rules and conditions for participation in the Prize Game
General information
The present promotion, hereinafter referred to as the Game with prizes (Giveaway), is organized and conducted by "Flat Manager" JSC, with EIC: 207610353, with address: Sofia, Business Center "Evrotour", 12 "Mikhail Tenev" St. , floor 1, office 2, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
By participating in the Game, participants are bound by these Official Rules and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Game. The official rules of the Game will be available for the entire period of its duration on the Organizer's website: www.flatmanager.bg. The organizer of the Game reserves the right to supplement or change the Official Rules at any time, and the changes come into force only after they are published on the website www.flatmanager.bg. Any early termination of the Game is announced in the same way.
Territory of conduct
The game takes place on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and all persons over the age of 18 can participate in it.
Duration
The game starts on 04/30/2024 and lasts until 05/12/2024 inclusive.
Description of The game
The game takes place on the Instagram accounts of Flat Manager and Flatimo and gives participants the opportunity to win 1 pc. Grand prize – a weekend for two in a one-bedroom apartment on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast selected from the portfolio of properties managed by Flat Manager or 1 of a total of 5 small prizes – a voucher worth BGN 100 for booking an apartment managed by Flat Manager.
Mechanism of the Promotion
Game participants must complete the following steps to enter the raffle to win 1 grand prize and 5 small prizes:
- To like the Game post.
- To follow the Instagram profiles of Flat Manager and Flatimo.
- To tag a friend in a comment on the post about the Game. Each glancing of a friend in a separate comment counts as an additional entry if the above 2 conditions are met.
- An unlimited number of participations from one person are accepted until 12.05.2024. incl.
- Participation is not tied to purchase or registration.
Description of the prizes:
- 1 grand prize: Weekend for two on our Black Sea coast in a one-bedroom apartment from the portfolio of properties managed by Flat Manager in Varna, Burgas and the resorts. The prize is valid for a reservation of up to 3 nights (from Thursday to Sunday or from Friday to Monday) for dates of your choice in the period 01.06.2024. – 31.08.2024
- 5 small prizes: Voucher worth BGN 100 discount when booking a minimum of 2 nights in an apartment from the portfolio of properties managed by Flat Manager. The voucher is valid for a reservation made and realized in the period from 01.06.2024. – 31.12.2024
Withdrawal andFrbeing the winners in the Game
The winners of the Game will be drawn randomly, through a digital program, on 13.05.2024.
The winners will be announced in a story and post on the Instagram profiles of Flat Manager and Flatimo, as well as on the website www.flatmanager.bg on 13.05.2024.
The winners must contact the Organizer of the game by private message on the Instagram profiles of Flat Manager or Flatimo to specify the receipt of the prize by 31.05.2024.
Termination of promotion
The organizer has the irrevocable right to terminate the Game at any time, in case of abuse or violation of the rules, in the event of force majeure or for other objective reasons.
Processing of personal data
With these rules, the Organizer informs the Game participants of the need to process their personal data. By participating in this Game, participants give their consent and voluntarily provide their personal data (names, phone, e-mail or other) for purposes related to the Game.
Disputes and liability
Disputes between the Organizer of the Game and its participants are resolved by mutual agreement. If it is impossible to achieve such, the dispute is decided by the competent courts in the Republic of Bulgaria.
