General information

This promotion, hereinafter referred to as the Giveaway, is organized and conducted by Flat Manager AD, UIC: 207610353, with registered office and management address: Sofia - Sofia 1784, Mihail Tenev Blvd., hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

By participating in the Game, participants are bound by these Official Rules and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Game. The official rules of the Game will be available for the entire period of its duration on the Organizer's website: www.flatmanager.bg. The organizer of the Game reserves the right to supplement or change the Official Rules at any time, and the changes come into force only after they are published on the website www.flatmanager.bg. Any early termination of the Game is announced in the same way.

Territory of conduct

The game takes place on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and all persons over the age of 18 can participate in it.

Duration

The game starts on 02.01.2025 and continues until 09.01.2025 inclusive.

Game Description

The game is held on the Instagram profile of flatmanager and gives participants the opportunity to win 1 prize - a weekend for two in an apartment managed by Flat Manager, in Pamporovo or Bansko.

Mechanism of the Promotion

Participants in the game must complete the following steps to enter the raffle to win a prize:

• To like the Game post.
• Follow flatmanager's Instagram account
• To tag a friend in a comment on the post about the Game. Each glancing of a friend in a separate comment counts as an additional entry if the above 2 conditions are met.
• An unlimited number of entries from one person are accepted until 09.01.2025 inclusive.
• Participation is not tied to purchase or registration.

Description of the prizes:

• 1 grand prize: a weekend for two in an apartment managed by Flat Manager in Pamporovo or Bansko. The prize applies to a 2-night reservation (Monday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday) in the period 11.01.2025 – 31.03.2025 for available apartments in Pamporovo or Bansko, managed by Flat Manager, at https://book.flatmanager.bg/

Drawing and announcement of Game winners

The winner of the Game will be drawn randomly, via a digital program, on January 10, 2025.

The winner will be announced in a story on flatmanager's Instagram profile on January 10, 2025.

The winner must contact the Organizer of the game via a private message on the Instagram profile of flatmanager by January 31, 2025 to clarify the receipt of the prize.

Termination of promotion

The organizer has the irrevocable right to terminate the Game at any time, in case of abuse or violation of the rules, in the event of force majeure or for other objective reasons.

Processing of personal data

With these rules, the Organizer informs the Game participants of the need to process their personal data. By participating in this Game, participants give their consent and voluntarily provide their personal data (names, phone, e-mail or others) for purposes related to the Game.

Disputes and liability

Disputes between the Organizer of the Game and its participants are resolved by mutual agreement. If it is impossible to achieve such, the dispute is decided by the competent courts in the Republic of Bulgaria.
