Instant Booking - Instant Booking
provides the advantage of your property appearing in more searches. By checking this box, you agree that guests can book directly without needing your prior approval. Many travelers who want to book at the last minute or don't want to communicate with hosts in advance will prefer this option.
Unique Stays - Unique Stays
Some travelers are looking for unique properties to rent during their stay. If your Airbnb falls into this category, whether it's a tree house, a farm in the countryside, or something else unusual, be sure to describe it in your listing to attract more interest to it.
SUPERhosts - Superhosts
Many guests will filter their search to only receive listings from Superhosts. Why? Because they want to guarantee a wonderful experience. How can you become a superhost? Here are a few criteria you must meet:
- You have rented out your property for at least 100 nights
- You answer at least 90% of the inquiries
- You maintain a rating of at least 4.8

This category aims to facilitate and encourage companies to use Airbnb when it comes to business travel. They can sign up for Airbnb for Work for free, use an admin dashboard to plan trips for different employees, and track bookings. The more five-star reviews your Airbnb receives from business travelers, the more likely it is to appear in this category. The characteristics of
Airbnb for Work typically includes:
- fast and reliable WIFI connection;
- easy access after hours;
- washing machine;
- a comfortable work area.
These properties are located close to the city center or to major public transport hubs.
Quality Checked: Airbnb Plus
Airbnb Plus is a selection of the highest quality properties that are impressively designed and managed by the best hosts. To receive Plus status, your home must be personally inspected by Airbnb. Homes with this status offer guests everything they would have at home - from a kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and crockery, basic
spices, etc.; to a bathroom equipped with nice cosmetics and a hairdryer. In order for your home to be "Plus", you also need to go the extra mile in terms of its maintenance. This means making sure that all appliances are in working order, and that it is always immaculately cleaned and tidy.
Destinations: Airbnb Luxe
This offer gives travelers access to impressive luxury properties, and the trip itself is tailored specifically to the guest's requests.
