Flat Manager is looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a full- time Operations Associate in Sofia. With over 200 apartments under our management, you’ll play a vital role in their smooth running and maintenance.
As an Operations Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of guest satisfaction, overseeing various tasks to guarantee a seamless experience. Tasks include:
- Making regular monthly inspections and yearly inventory checks of the apartments
- Managing repair crews and cleaning teams, ensuring that every property is ready to welcome visitors from all around the world.
- Ensuring effective communication with all involved parties, including owners, guests, subcontractors, and colleagues
- Performing minor repairs independently when necessary
- Various other tasks
We’re looking for candidates with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. While pervious experience and degrees are welcomed, we place a higher value on traits like honesty, ambition and diligence.
Moreover, effective communication is key in this role as you’ll be interacting with a diverse range of people on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian
- Some technical skills in household maintenance.
- Communication and management skills.
- Punctuality!
