We have developed and <strong>own platform<\/strong>, aimed at business customers and digital nomads whose stays range from 2 to 52 weeks \u2013 <strong><u>FlatAway.eu<\/u><\/strong>. The only segment in our field we didn&#039;t cover was <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/flatmanager.bg\/en\/upravlenie-imoti\/dalgosrochno\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/flatmanager.bg\/upravlenie-imoti\/dalgosrochno\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the long-term rental<\/a><\/strong> <strong>lasting more than 1 year<\/strong>. Since March, Flat Manager also manages properties that are rented in the traditional way, but the service we offer to owners and tenants is not traditional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6m9ib\"><strong><u>LTRM (long term rental management<\/a><\/u><\/strong><strong><u>t)<\/u><\/strong><\/a> turns a residential property into a serviced apartment with a concierge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-1k35f\"><strong>P<\/strong><strong>we arrange for landlords to take overall care of their properties, which includes repair of damage, rent collection, monitoring for regular payment of utility bills, apartment inspections and refreshments when changing tenants.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-2027s\">Tenants get access to a 24-hour concierge service, through which they can order cleaning, laundry, handyman and other services. They also receive discounts on activities, excursions, restaurants and bars. These services in the context of long-term rentals raise the monthly rent of the property, and the property itself falls into another class - a serviced apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ad5dp\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.colliers-residential.bg\/%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%87%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%BE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong><u>\u0421\u043ell\u0456\u0435r\u0455 \u0406nt\u0435rn\u0430t\u0456\u043en\u0430l Gr\u043eu\u0440 \u0406n\u0441<\/u><\/strong><\/a><strong>. The company provides a wide range of services, which include the sale, rental and financing of properties in all market segments (residential, office, retail and logistics and industrial space), \u0138opportative solutions, management of ppoe\u0138erties and buildings, specialized studies, \u0138ppa\u0138lance \u0138o\u0138ncillati\u0138n and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-f85e4\">The service can be used by landlords with or without a tenant. In the second case, the apartments will be offered for the accommodation of employees of clients and partners of Colliers, among which are large Bulgarian and international companies. For the higher class of properties, the management fee is significantly lower than that of any other company on the market.
