The company is registered and is starting to look for its first customers - property owners in Sofia who wish to rent them out through Airbnb.
First guest
March 2017
Flat Manager concludes its first management contracts and accommodates its first Airbnb guests in an apartment in Geo Milev.
First franchise
July 2017
Opens our first franchise, in Varna, with several properties that welcome guests in the summer.
